Delivery & Exchange Policy

We have a very simple return & exchange policy:

1. Fairyclothes allows returns of defective items procured online provided the items are in Same condition i.e. new, and unstitched.

2. The product can only be exchanged within 15 days after you receive it.

3. To be able to make a Exchange, customers will need to provide the online order ID and describe the nature of defect .

4. The matter will be resolved as swiftly as possible by replacement of the missing/defective items.

5. Any mailing/shipping charges associated with the return of a defective item are the responsibility of Fairyclothes and will not be borne by the customer.

6.The delivery charges for the exchanged item will be borne by the customer.
